The Bay Area (Texas)

Welcome to the League of Women Voters of the Bay Area! Serving voters in southern Harris County and northern Galveston County for over 50 years, the Bay Area League works diligently to fulfill our mission - "Empowering Voters. Defending Democracy."  We are primarily known for our nonpartisan work in voters service - registering people to vote, distributing thousands of Voters Guides, and hosting candidates forums. We also educate ourselves and the community on timely issues through three to four discussion meetings every year.

Are you looking for a way to get involved? Any level of involvement is appreciated. Join us as we "Make Democracy Work!"
